Can we see the rings in person?
Yes! All in stock items are available for you to view and try on in our Claremont boutique. And if you are shopping from out of town, interstate or overseas, we are more than happy to schedule a virtual viewing via FaceTime.
Can my ring be resized?
Yes! We offer one complimentary resize for ring purchases over $1,000 and MOST rings can be resized. The size listed on the ring is the current size and any change from that is counted as the first complimentary resize. All additional resizing will incur a $75 fee. Do keep in mind that resizing can take up to 1 week (for most rings), and for rings that cannot be resized (full eternity bands and other intricate rings) resizing may take up to 5 weeks (as this will require us to remake the ring to your finger size).
Please note that we only offer resizing and alteration services for fine jewellery purchased through our store.
Do you do custom pieces?
Absolutely. We adore working with clients to craft bespoke rings and other fine jewellery pieces! Read more about our bespoke process here.
What is your return policy?
Before your purchase is shipped to you, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your purchase is then carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition. In the event that your purchase arrives in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
It is our intention to deliver quality jewellery, however we understand that occasionally the goods may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please familiarise yourself with our Return/Exchange Policy here.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, bank transfer, and Zip. Important note if you are using a credit/debit card: Most banks impose a spending limit so you may have to contact them to have that changed for a purchase or to let them know that you are making a large purchase. We are also able to split payments over multiple cards!
Will a "sold out" item be restocked?
In most instances, yes! Products available on our website tend to be our staple styles. For one of a kind engagement rings and unique gemstone pieces though, these cannot be restocked, but we can create a custom piece that is similar or to your liking if there is a style that you can't get off your mind.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is calculated in the cart. All of our orders are shipped fully insured with signature-on-delivery Express courier services. For domestic orders (within Australia), we ship via TNT/FedEx Overnight Express delivery service. For international orders we ship to most countries worldwide via FedEx International Priority Express delivery service.
