At Halo Diamonds we may collect personal information from you at various points throughout the website visit and at the point of sale in order to finalise your purchase and ship goods to you. The information collected through this website remains the sole property of Halo Diamonds and will not be sold to or shared with any other organisation or third party.

Pricing, Availability, & Product Details

Every care is taken to accurately present product in our catalogues and on our website, however no responsibility is taken for any differences or inaccuracies.

Item prices are correct at the time of printing or when the products are uploaded to the website. Prices may change according to size, colour and quality of gems used. If an item is being custom made, a quote will be calculated for you that is reflective of the gold and gemstone price at the time.

As a boutique luxury jewellery store, we don’t mass produce our jewellery. We have over 250 high value items listed on our website and not all pieces from our exclusive range are in stock or updated at all times, however most items can be made to order within 3-4 weeks.

Halo Diamonds has one of the most extensive collections of diamond jewellery in Perth and our team are able to assist you to find the perfect piece that suits your budget, design preference and timeframe.

Please note that cables and chains are not included in the published prices unless otherwise stated.

Proof of Purchase & Valuation

All readily available engagement rings purchased from Halo Diamonds come with a Certificate of Authenticity which includes a retail replacement value that can be used for insurance purposes. We can facilitate having a third party valuation for bespoke engagement rings upon request (complimentary).

Dress jewellery (e.g. necklaces, earrings, bracelets, bands, dress rings, etc.) will also come with a Certificate of Authenticity which includes a retail replacement value which can be used for insurance purposes. We can also facilitate having a third party valuation for dress jewellery above $10,000 upon request (complimentary). 

For jewellery under $10,000 we offer Certificate of Authenticity and we can organise having a third-party valuation done upon request (fee of $150, incl. GST applies).

All items purchased from Halo Diamonds will come with a full digital receipt, which can also be used for insurance purposes.

At Halo Diamonds, we are committed to complying with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. We implement thorough customer due diligence, risk-based assessments, and transaction monitoring to prevent misuse of our services.

We do not engage in business with clients from sanctioned or high-risk regions. All transactions over $10,000 require government-issued identification, and we maintain detailed records of all customer transactions for a minimum of five years. Sanctioned, conflict & high risk regions include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea, Russia, Sudan, Lebanon, Belarus, Zimbabwe, Syria, Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
