At Halo Diamonds, we aim to make purchasing an engagement ring or diamond jewellery piece as easy or easier online than buying in-store. Wondering how we manage this?
First, Choose Your Piece
Our collection is beautifully photographed and described per independent GIA accredited valuations for your online consideration.
We are committed to helping you find your dream ring. If you need more photos or videos of our collection or just have general questions, don't hesitate to contact us and we would be more than happy to help. We can even schedule a real-time consultation via facetime to show you around our boutique and collection.
A word to the wise here, once you have found the ring or piece that you want, act quickly because once it's gone, it's gone.
Once you’ve committed and full payment is received, we will start prepping your order for next day despatch. If your ring requires resizing or is a made-to-order piece, we will be in touch at the earliest convenience to provide an expected despatch date.
We also offer ZipPay payment on all pieces.
Second, Shipping
Each piece is shipped fully insured and via Express service. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. An adult signature is required upon delivery, so please plan accordingly. You can read more about shipping here.

We know the moment you receive your Halo Diamonds piece will be almost as unforgettable as the moment you give it away in the case of an engagement ring, or get to show it off for the first time for all other pieces. We offer one complimentary resize for ring purchases over $1,750 and MOST rings can be resized.
The size listed on the ring is the current size and any change from that is counted as the first complimentary resize. All other resizing will incur a $75 fee.
Full diamond eternity bands CANNOT be resized, but we are able to custom make eternity bands in any size.
Contact us to see if a certain ring can be sized to your preference! Keep in mind that resizing can take up to 10 days.
